Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This policy explains when a ticket or pass for Maa Shakti Navratri 2026 is refunded. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, and it is the authoritative statement of our refund terms wherever the two overlap.
If you change your mind
All ticket and pass sales are final. Once your booking is confirmed, we do not offer a refund, exchange or transfer if you decide not to attend, or if you simply change your mind.
If something goes wrong with your payment
If you are charged twice for the same booking, or if you are charged but no ticket is issued to you, we will refund the incorrect or failed charge in full. Write to us with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
If we cancel or postpone the event
If we cancel the event entirely, we will refund your ticket in full. If we postpone the event to a new date, your ticket remains valid for the new date, and we do not automatically refund a postponement.
How this policy relates to our Terms & Conditions
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is the authoritative, detailed statement of our refund terms. Where our Terms & Conditions state that all sales are final, or disclaim liability for event alterations, those statements are qualified by the commitments made here, not in conflict with them.
